The experience was fantastic! I wasn't scared at any point thanks to the pilots' professionalism. They also explained to us where and when to look to see the figures. If you're prone to motion sickness, try to eat breakfast at least two hours before the flight and take Dramamine! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We really enjoyed seeing the lines, they picked us up on time and everything went as planned. The pilots of the small plane were very kind and pleasant, making the experience exceptional, and at the end they gave us our flight certificate. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity itself was fine, but communication with the agency and Civitatis was terrible. The agency not only forgot to pick us up at the agreed time, but they never told us why or what the reason was. They never contacted us, and Civitatis never responded either. It wasn't until someone from the Aeronasca agency team arranged for another driver to pick us up that we received any further assistance. We obviously lost our reservations, and they never responded to our inquiries.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was very good, pick-up at the agreed time and everything was quite professional. The negative note was that Civitatis charged me more than indicated when making the reservation, I made the claim but they do not want to return the overcharged money. If you book, I recommend taking screenshots of the amounts.

I highly recommend Nazca Lines flight. It's been an awesome experience. They started on time. Both pilots have been very nice and professional. We were given ample warning to watch the lines when approaching. Thanks to you both, Brian and Antonio for making this experience unforgettable!

Translate this opinion into English.

This experience was unforgettable. Not so much for the Nazca Lines themselves, which are very beautiful, but above all for the experience of flying in the small plane and the pilots' explanations. The company is very good; they are very well organized and attentive. Everything was fantastic; we recommend it as it is an unforgettable experience. We recommend skipping breakfast as the plane's movement can be annoying, although we thought it would be worse. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's a mandatory excursion, but I would book it with other airlines there. Civitatis operates with Aeronasca, which has a departure time of all four. They make you arrive at the hotel at 8:00, arrive 30 minutes late, and then you have to wait 2:30 minutes because the excursion starts at 10:00 but your turn is at 11:00 or 11:30. What's the point of arriving two hours early? The staff's service could be greatly improved, especially the organizers.

Translate this opinion into English.

The flight was incredible. We flew over quite a few lines, and our captains and pilot were very friendly. The only thing we missed was more explanation about the lines during the flight: their history, who created them, theories about why... Even so, when we got off the plane, we asked the pilot, and he explained everything very kindly. Opinion translated. Show original.

Impresionante y super recomendable. Translate this opinion into English.

Impressive and highly recommended. Although it can be scary (which is normal), it's much better than you can imagine. The landing and takeoff were very smooth, with no turbulence. Aeronasca, the company we flew with, was very professional and attentive, both the guide and the pilot. We would definitely go again. Opinion translated. Show original.
